Strategically located in the heart of Delhi, Window Magic is playing a pivotal role in the redevelopment of Sarojini Nagar, part of the Central Government Residential Project (CGRP) focused on transforming the General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) colonies. Spearheaded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India, and executed through the National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC), this ambitious initiative aims to convert Delhi’s core into a modern, sustainable commercial and residential hub.
The project is being led by renowned construction firms Varindera Construction and Girdhari Lal Construction. As the chosen fenestration partner, Window Magic has been entrusted with delivering customised window and door solutions tailored to meet the project’s architectural vision and advanced performance requirements.
Spread across 107 acres, the current Sarojini Nagar Redevelopment Project is envisioned as a self-sustained urban ecosystem. It includes key civic infrastructure such as schools, a community hall, a police station, and a public library. The residential complexes are being developed with contemporary amenities and a strong focus on space efficiency, while incorporating eco-friendly solutions.
The new GPRA colonies in Naoroji Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, and Netaji Nagar are being developed to replace aging and dilapidated structures with high-rise buildings, significantly increasing residential and commercial capacity while introducing upgraded social infrastructure.
