When and where did you graduate in Interior Designing?
Monica Chadha has done her interior design from Apeejay Institute of Design batch of 2004.
How did you get your first break?
This is a difficult one to answer. As Monica started her practice in 2004. But Rishabh Kapoor joined in 2014. She did a fantastic farm in 2008. As well as commercial projects for a major automobile manufacturer in India.
Any project that made you feel that you have arrived?
When we started working on major farmDelhi in delhi in 2016. As well as a few projects in Lucknow
What are the various projects in different categories you have done till date?
We have done projects across Luxury Residential, Group Housing Club houses, Restaurants and Commercial Spaces for major companies.
Any roadmap for reaching your goalpost?
Goalposts are always moving to incorporate more success. Not just in terms of finance but also the people we meet and the projects we do. Our aim is always to do one better than the other. We have already achieved 1 more of major goals in terms of setting up our own manufacturing unit for furniture. We would like to do more projects internationally in the coming year for sure. We want to focus on giving quality with a timely delivery in case of turnkey jobs. We have made a conscious decision of doing majorly turnkey projects in since 2020. This allows for better quality control and implementation.
