Delhi-based interior designer and stylist Sanjyt Syngh, known for his bold and creative ideas, is back with his next set of bespoke limited edition furniture pieces that are as strikingly bold and thought-provoking as the earlier ones.
A creative mind is a cauldron where ideas and thoughts keep churning in search of new designs. This collection is a result of such a quest and probing.
The concept for this series was born out of curiosity. “What is a lock without a key, and what is a key without a lock? But ever wondered when they both mate – what goes on?” muses designer Sanjyt Syngh. As to what happens when the key goes inside the lock and the mechanical functioning of it, forms the crux of this series.
“The lock and key are represented in the form of chairs and the mechanical action is represented in the form of a bench,” explains Sanjyt Syngh.
Made of wood and stone, the monotone black and white palette creates a stunning visual. And the pop of green brings brightness and energy. This is another limited-edition series by the designer. And it will transform the way a space looks and feels.
