How difficult was it to change the mindset of the B2B players from castiron products to concrete products?
We started manufacturing Precast Concrete Products primarily manhole covers and frames which is an ideal substitute of cast Iron manhole covers. Theft and pilferage of cast Iron/Ductile Iron manhole covers a nuisance, which the whole world is facing. An open manhole in the road carriage way and footpath can cause accidents and loss to life. The Municipal corporations had lots of problems with cast Iron covers due to theft and associated accidents. But since the introduction of concrete/fiberglass covers since last three decades they are very relieved. Our Covers are theft proof because of NIL scarp value, hence in demand as replacement of cast Iron covers. Our substitute cement & FRP products are aesthetically better than cast Iron products FRP products are light, high corrosion resistance and easy in handling in comparison to cast Iron products.
