How would you define “DESIGN OF THE FUTURE” in today’s context?
As an industry, design of the future is customer centric and easy to access and use. Clients aren’t looking to buy design layouts or pieces of furniture. Gone are the days of fanciful artists with inflated timelines and costs in the name of design! Customers are looking for peace of mind and great homes with great design and quality.

What philosophies or inspirations shape your contemporary design approach?
Our core philosophy is our predictability and consistency. We own the process. Design is fully a product delivered!
Our design philosophy is one of boundless versatility. We masterfully navigate across Modern, Japandi, Boho, and Classical aesthetics, fluidly crafting spaces that capture the spirit of each style. For us, trends are not a constraint but a canvas for innovation. This freedom is rooted in our core identity: uncompromising product quality. We aren’t defined by a single look, but by a superior process and an exceptional end product—a foundation that allows our design imagination to run wild.

How do you balance innovation with practicality in your projects?
We use luxury finishes, but only those that are consistent, branded and serviceable in the life time of the product. Stylish and livable and branded. Timelines are honoured with accountability because moving in shouldn’t mean endless days.

Can you share a recent project that reflects your futuristic vision?
We are thrilled to present our latest design masterpiece: an exquisite residence at Monte South. This expansive 3,000 sq ft Jodi flat was masterfully designed by us for the Sankaranarayans, avid art collectors with a passion for refined living. The home is a true embodiment of “quiet luxury,” a sophisticated symphony of black, white, and wood that serves as a stunning backdrop for their prized collection. From the grand entrance to each uniquely crafted bedroom, every detail was meticulously curated to create a living work of art.
The home’s journey begins with a dramatic and artful welcome. The entrance door, a study in refined contrasts, features a polished marble finish beautifully set against warm louvered wood panels and a delicate, intricate leaf-shaped grill. This leads into a striking black and white checkered foyer, where a grand piano and a bold “amore red” bar immediately set a tone of convivial sophistication. Passageways become design statements in themselves, with their distinctive checkered tile flooring, rafter ceilings, and elegant drop-down lanterns. Ingeniously, unsightly DB boxes and junction boxes are transformed into artistic elements, hidden behind sliding mural art crafted from textured paint and fluted panels.
What do you believe the next 5–10 years of architecture will look like?
With design becoming more democratized and accessible to customers, we will see more incredible designers getting the limelight and not stifled by legacy media obsessed with only 1 or 2 design styles. There will be fresh ideas and they will get fresh coverage and will force change to a lot of systems and institutions that were set 75-100 years ago in India
I cant wait for that change! We recently designed a 3,000 sq ft Jodi flat at Monte South for the Sankaranarayans, avid art collectors. The home reflects “quiet luxury,” balancing black, white, and wood tones as a refined backdrop for their collection. A marble-and-wood entrance with a leaf-shaped grill opens to a striking checkered foyer featuring a grand piano and vibrant “amore red” bar. Passageways with rafter ceilings and lanterns enhance character, while junction boxes are ingeniously concealed with mural art, merging elegance with practicality.
