The lower level features the living and dining areas, which open onto a spacious terrace. Floor-to-ceiling French windows flood the space with light, framing the Arabian Sea as a constant backdrop. The flooring, a rich dark gray marble, contrasts with taupe limestone-finished walls and ceilings, lending depth and warmth. Thoughtfully chosen details — black-and-white ceramic art, two striking totem sculptures, and touches of brass and glass — add layers of texture. A statement chandelier anchors the dining space, while swivel chairs allow guests to enjoy the view from every angle. Cleverly concealed storage is built into the fluted veneer panelling, maintaining a clean and expansive feel.
