Designed to embrace natural light and uninterrupted ocean views from both levels, the home seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces.
The lower level features the living and dining areas, which open onto a spacious terrace. Floor-to-ceiling French windows flood the space with light, framing the Arabian Sea as a constant backdrop. The flooring, a rich dark gray marble, contrasts with taupe limestone-finished walls and ceilings, lending depth and warmth. Thoughtfully chosen details — black-and-white ceramic art, two striking totem sculptures, and touches of brass and glass — add layers of texture. A statement chandelier anchors the dining space, while swivel chairs allow guests to enjoy the view from every angle. Cleverly concealed storage is built into the fluted veneer panelling, maintaining a clean and expansive feel. A smart TV, doubling as a digital canvas, displays artwork that shifts with the mood of the space. Biophilic greenery extends from the deck inwards, reinforcing the home’s connection to its surroundings.

The kitchen, located on the same level, is designed for both function and flow. A separate entrance for staff ensures privacy, while an external staircase leads to the staff quarters. The parents’ bedroom, which also opens onto the balcony, continues the neutral palette and refined material choices, creating a serene retreat. The powder room, finished in exposed brick and limestone, was inspired by the raw beauty of the original brickwork uncovered during renovations — an unexpected discovery that shaped its final look.

The terrace is a standout feature, with bold black-and-white chevron-patterned flooring that draws the eye, whether viewed from the same level or the bedrooms above. A semi-circular bar along the glass railing offers the perfect spot to unwind, while the seating area is designed for both comfort and openness, making the most of the expansive sea views.
A sculptural wooden staircase, accentuated by an arched ceiling detail, connects the two floors. A custom metal installation enhances the staircase, adding an artistic focal point. The upper level houses the master suite and two daughters’ bedrooms, all positioned to capture sweeping ocean views. The master bedroom includes dual walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom, balancing practicality with understated luxury. Each bedroom carries a cohesive design language while incorporating distinct textures — fluted wood, wallpaper, veneer, and rough stone — to create a sense of individuality while maintaining harmony.
Functionality is woven into every design choice, with hidden storage solutions ensuring that the space remains uncluttered and airy. The material palette of neutral tones, layered textures, and thoughtfully curated details brings a sense of calm and sophistication. This home is a study in balance — elegant yet inviting, modern yet deeply connected to its natural surroundings.
